In 2014, Enrii had partnered with a HR-related startup that had an innovative approach of digitalizing the recruitment process of companies which would enable recruiters to manage their company's recruitment process & candidate database in a more efficient manner. In its initial stage, what they had was merely its concept idea which had received great support and interest from hundreds of HR managers all across Malaysia; what they now needed was the technological expertise to transform their innovative idea into a reality.
